Our company, founded by Mehmet Eren in 1977, started manufacturing auto spare parts with “MEKSAN KAUÇUK”. In the following years, it also started selling Auto Spare Parts. Since 1996, it has been continuing its production and sales under the name MEHMET EREN AUTOMOTIVE TEXTILE INDUSTRY AND TRADE CO. LTD. The product range consists of the production of Spring and Control Arm Bushings, Engine and Transmission Mounts and Steering and Axle Bellows.
The structure of our company, which is a family business, allows it to adapt quickly to market changes and customers, and to easily respond to customer demands and orders.
In order to adapt to the changes brought by market conditions, the potential to make its own molds has been achieved by expanding the machine park with the investments made.
The coordination of CAD-CAM methods and modern CNC machines has been ensured in the mold manufacturing unit so that the parts designed at the OEM can be produced in the same quality and the design can be transferred to the mold in the same way. All of the mold requirements used in manufacturing are carried out in the mold manufacturing department within Mehmet Eren Otomotiv.
Dough formulas are prepared according to customer demands and OEM product conditions and approved by the necessary tests.Baking agents are added to the rested doughs.Dough samples taken from different regions are tested in test devices before being given to production.Shore values of the test doughs printed in sample molds are checked.Elongation, rupture, tear tests are performed.Suitable doughs are given to production.
The supplied sheet metal products are shaped in eccentric and plastering presses and made suitable for production.
The paste formulas approved by laboratory tests are vulcanized in rubber presses according to the appropriate hardnesses according to customer demands and OEM product conditions.
After the final controls, the products are packaged and shipped according to customer demands and requests.
